When you awaken and align your body’s underlying energy, you activate your innate process of healing and transformation. Understand and demystify how energy affects everything you do and feel and show you how to work with your body and your mind. You will learn about acupressure points applied in the poses and sequencing according to Daoist Elements and Meridians and the related physical or emotional issues.
