Build a clear Yin teaching foundation in a focused fifteen day format. Morning practice explores target areas for hips, spine, and shoulders with steady holds, mindful exits, and rebound. Midday labs cover sequencing, theming, prop choices, and cue clarity so classes feel safe and effective. Anatomy sessions make joint behavior and fascia concepts practical for real students. Daily breathwork and meditation train presence and calm. Teaching practicums with feedback grow voice, pacing, and room awareness at a comfortable speed. The island setting keeps distractions low while sattvic meals support steady energy. You will graduate with ready to use class plans, a safety checklist, and a 100 hour certificate.
