Practice in sunny Phuket, Thailand, and become certified as a yoga Nidra teacher. Yoga Nidra is an ancient practice of yogic sleep. It is said that only 40 minutes of yoga Nidra can be as rejuvenating as 2 hours of REM sleep. This 10-hour course is open to everyone and anyone with only the requirement of being willing to learn. Yoga Nidra teaches the practitioner to slow down, and truly relax for the first time, and it is a great way to delve into meditation and mindfulness for beginners and experts alike.

The course/hours count as Continuing Education hours for Registered Yoga Teachers (RYT®) only.
In accordance with Yoga Alliance, the course consists of a combination of contact hours with the instructors and non-contact hours of self-practice and study.
This 10-hour course is open to everyone and anyone with only the requirement of being willing to learn and the need to relax and transform in their bloodstream. In Yoga Nidra it is a general belief that when you sleep you do not truly rest, your mind remains active and unaware of even its own activity, which is why you often wake up still tired. With the practice of Yoga Nidra, often referred to as conscious sleep, the goal is to reach the state of ultimate relaxation where the body is completely and utterly relaxed while the mind remains aware. The practice of Yoga Nidra is a deeply emotional one with both the mind and body coming into balance, cleaning out old blocks and the release of pent-up emotion.
This training is a monumental opportunity for yoga teachers to add a valuable skill to their registry as well as a unique practice to integrate into classes. At the same, this will benefit a regular practitioner as much as someone new to the practice as the lessons you will learn on the course will be applied later throughout your spiritual journey.
This training is certified and upon completion you will be able to teach yoga nidra in addition to your own style.
Meals are not provided. However, all of the students have access to a beautiful and spacious kitchen that they can use to cook their meals right here in the school.
The school is also located next to many small cafes run by friendly locals that offer a variety of food options both European and, of course, Thai.
A reservation requires a deposit of 27% of the total price. The deposit is non-refundable if the booking is cancelled. The remainder of the payment must be made 10 days before arrival.

The total cost of the training is separated into a course fee and accommodation. We do not require our students to locate with us, if you feel your situation is better suited for locating else where you are more than welcome to find accommodation near the school location. However, locating in the school holds a lot of valuable factors such as the friendly atmosphere of fellow students, the proximity of our instructors, who are always ready to answer your questions, as well as the fact that the school is only 10 minutes away from the beach and all kinds of other cultural cafes, shops and temples.
