9:00-10:00 – Breakfast and Self Sadhana

10:00-11:00 – Spiritual lesson/Intention of the day

11:00-12:00 – Yoga Sutras/Yoga Anatomy

12:00-2:00 – Snack and Self Sadhana

2:00-3:00 – Special Topics

3:00-6:00 – Art of Teaching and Art of Touch

6:00-7:00 – Dinner and Self Sadhana

7:00-8:00 – Satsang (Sacred Circle)

This Online Trauma Informed Yoga Teacher Training will weave through 4 cycles: Stabilize, Metabolize, Visualize, and Alchemize. The intention for the flow of this program is to invite students into a deep reflective space of Self Confrontation and then to empower them to excavate their wounds into their wisdom and their pain into their purpose through Service. Food & Dining

The meals are nourishing simple fare, created with emphasis on local organic ingredients. Breakfast consists of fruit, oatmeal, and bread; occasional eggs or cheese will be offered for non-vegans. Lunch and dinners vary, the constant being creative, inspired deliciousness with excellent green salads and occasional raw desserts. Hot tea from freshly grown onsite mint and munya, as well as chamomile and anise and purified water is always on hand.

  • A reservation requires a deposit of 14% of the total price.
  • The deposit is non-refundable, if the booking is canceled.
  • The rest of the payment should be paid 30 days before arrival.
