13:00 Free time for personal excursions, massage treatments, and healing sessions
2:30 PM Guided meditation class and Alignment yoga
16:30 Hatha or Yin yoga class
18:00 Vegan dinner buffet
20:00 Evening activity (Kirtan, song circle around the fire, inner dance, yoga philosophy lectures, Ayurveda lectures)
Students who complete their training are eligible to register with Yoga Alliance as Registered Yoga Teachers (RYT®).

After this intensive four-week retreat you will be eligible to register with Yoga Alliance as a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT®). At the end of the course, you will obtain a Yoga Alliance certification!
This unique TTC is a cooperation between Wonderland Healing Center and Nirodha Yoga. Nirodha Yoga was established 16 years ago in India, and since 2003 thousands of hours of yoga classes have been given in this school. More than one thousand students have studied in the courses and classes. Wonderland Healing Center welcomes you to join their family.
Daily vegan breakfast, lunch, and dinner are included in the price. Smoothies, juices, and fresh coconuts are available throughout the day to help you cool down and refresh. The delicious and healthy vegan cuisine utilizes abundant local and organic produce and contains no monosodium glutamate, refined sugar, artificial colors, flavorings, or preservatives. The menu has been created with the influence of many different cultures and is constantly evolving with input from visiting expert vegan chefs. Wonderland Healing Center can even organize vegan and raw food workshops so that you may take your healthy habits home with you.
