Our functional training centre was built for fitness groups like Cross Fit and F45 to host their own retreats in Bali. Equipment includes free weights, TRX, barbells, kettlebells, medicine balls, swiss balls, heavy ropes, parallel bars, chin-up bars, rings, box, boxing, bosu balls, surf set boards and rowing machines.
Head inside to our fitness centre, with plenty of cardio equipment and weights, or outside to our 25 metre training pool.
Ayurveda
The science of life’, Ayurvedic medicine is the world's oldest, a comprehensive health-care system still widely practised today. Originating in India, Ayurveda is said to be 5,000 years old, and unlike Western medicine, aims to treat the underlying causes of illness and disease, rather than just alleviating symptoms once they appear.
During an Ayurvedic consultation, your unique constitution or ‘dosha’ will be identified and forms the basis of your individualized treatment plan to heal physical, emotional and mental imbalances.
Your Ayurvedic practitioner will collect a detailed personal history of your digestion, elimination, diet, exercise, sleep, lifestyle habits, physical features, relationships and occupation. This complete picture is then used along with physical information such as a pulse and tongue analysis, to create your personalized treatment plan. Through a combination of diet, herbs, lifestyle changes, yoga, meditation, breathing techniques, purification, aromatherapy, sound, colour and massage therapy, your Ayurvedic practitioner will guide you towards your optimal state of wellbeing and balance.

It was such an incredible week!
The 40 person Bali chat is still going crazy everyday, talking about the memories, sharing photos & even after 1wk being back they all met up at the pub as they missed each other.
From a gym perspective, it was a great success as now 40 people all have additional training buddies, community events are stronger & those members will always have a solid connection to Chocolate Box Training.
The actual week we were there was perfect. The facilities, the food was voted amazing & the pool hangs were fun. The day trip to Nusa Lembongan was the best weather of the week while the Volcano hike ended up being a laughing event as 100% cloud & no sunrise haha.
Thank you for everything & being so accommodating. Michelle was very easy to work with & made it like they were VIP. We caught up at the end of the trip so we could bounce off changes for the better for the next trip.
