This program is designed for those who have already completed a 200-hour training and are looking to take their practice and teaching to the next level. During these additional 300 hours, we will focus on deepening your knowledge of Ashtanga Vinyasa and expanding your skills as a yoga instructor.

Immerse yourself in in-depth study of yoga philosophy, advanced anatomy, alignment techniques, advanced sequencing, and much more. You will learn how to tailor classes to different skill levels, effectively guide students, and deepen your own personal practice.

Upon completion of this 300-hour program, you will graduate as a certified 500-hour yoga instructor, opening up new professional opportunities and allowing you to share an even more enriching experience with your future students.
