Our functional training centre was built for fitness groups like Cross Fit and F45 to host their own retreats in Bali. Equipment includes free weights, TRX, barbells, kettlebells, medicine balls, swiss balls, heavy ropes, parallel bars, chin-up bars, rings, box, boxing, bosu balls, surf set boards and rowing machines.

Pamper your guests at our in-house day spa with massages, facials and beauty treatments such as manicures, pedicures and hair styling. We also provide Ayurvedic consultations.
We recommend arrival on Sunday for orientation starting at breakfast on Monday with your Wellness Concierge. These next four days will be filled with mindful Yoga to improve your practice or answer the burning curiosities of what Yoga is all about. Our Instructors will guide you through your daily yoga practice, instructing in various styles of which you can choose from, plus a one on one session. Thevery skilled team will discuss your desires and goals leaving you feeling more determined and hungry for more. You can immerse yourself as much or as little as you want, with a tailor made package to suit your skill level.
In between spa treatments and relaxing pool time or you may select to take up one of our recommended off-site activities to feed your adventurous side.
