5 Day 50 Hour Thai Yoga Massage Course, Yoga Ashram Retreat in Cusco, Peru

If you are interested in a retreat-style Thai yoga massage course, this training is for you. By the end of the training, you will be able to give a complete 1.5hr massage. This is an opportunity to develop more sensitivity as you live and experience a yogic lifestyle in a comfortable eco-ashram in the Sacred Valley of Cusco, Peru! “Simple life, higher thinking."

During the 5 days of Yoga and Thai Massage Retreat, students participate in therapeutic yoga classes, focused in developing internal sensitivity with conscious breathing and body alignments necessary to give a Thai Massage. They will also participate in daily pranayama (breath work), Meditation and Yoga Philosophy in order to cultivate internal awareness and becoming channels of divine love and healing.

Thai Yoga Massage Course:

Understanding Harmony in Giving and Receiving,

50 Hrs RYT

This course teaches sensitivity and body reading while giving the fundamental principles of  a 1.5hr massage. Students also learn body alignments while using palming and yogic stretching to harmonize energy lines. All levels of Experience are welcome.

Upon completion of the course you will be able to give a full 1.5hr Massage to friends, family and clients.

We will practice 4 different positions during the training, in order to achieve this full body treatment.
