Wonderland's schedule of expertly-taught yoga and meditation classes are designed to support you in the process of fasting or detoxing. Guests can relax and renew with a Thai massage, or choose an in-room treatment from our extensive, holistic healing treatment menu. The luxurious facilities also include an outdoor pool and herbal steam sauna.
Detoxification is generally referred to as the process of cleansing and alkalizing the body; so that the obstructions that keep your cells from functioning properly (acids, mucus, parasites, chemicals, but also negative emotions) are removed and the body is given the chance to regenerate damaged tissues. Fasting allows the body to use the energy it normally needs for digestion to flush out toxins, break up hardened waste matter and bring the body back to a state of homeostasis.
But don't worry. Fasting does not necessarily mean drinking nothing but water. It can include food - but only the highest vibration, highest quality, most alkaline and hydrating food on the planet: fruits.

The yoga schedule includes Hatha, Vinyasa, Jivamukti, and Yin styles, along with Acro yoga and Partner yoga taught by experienced international teachers to assist you in establishing a daily routine of health and wellness.
Daily vegan breakfast, lunch, and dinner are included in the price. Smoothies, juices, and fresh coconuts are available throughout the day to help you cool down and refresh. The delicious and healthy vegan cuisine utilizes abundant local and organic produce and contains no monosodium glutamate, refined sugar, artificial colors, flavorings, or preservatives. The menu has been created with the influence of many different cultures and is constantly evolving with input from visiting expert vegan chefs. Wonderland Healing Center can even organize vegan and raw food workshops so that you may take your healthy habits home with you.
