Start the day with traditional Hatha or Ashtanga yoga, depending on the Doctor’s advice and wind down your day with meditations suited to you. From Marma Prana Mantra meditation to Pranic healing, customised advice will be provided accordingly for a truly tailored experience. Bespoke, daily Ayurveda treatments (60-90 minutes), therapeutic treatments (45-60 minutes), body wraps and herbal facials (45 minutes) will be tailored to individual requirements. Combined with acupressure, naturopath, toxic management, immune care, organ, skin, spine, eye and hair care, along with stress and weight management, the programme promises to re educate the mind and body to promote optimal anti healing properties. Daily use of anti ageing tea, herbal supplements and an individualised ayurvedic diet plan for all meals, designed by an in house Doctor from the organic garden perfectly compliments your newly restored, young mind and body.
