Yogandria (Every Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday):
Yogandria is a systematic method of inducing complete physical, mental and emotional relaxation. It is often referred to as psychic sleep or deep relaxation with inner awareness. It is an efficient and effective form of psychic and physiological rest.
Interactive Session (Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday):
This is an open discussion between the wellness guests and yoga masters. With this, the yoga masters will be able to guide you to opt for the most suitable yoga sessions or postures to practice in accordance with your convenience also.
Yoga Lecture (Every Saturday):
It is a subject-oriented class based on yoga. These lectures can definitely give you more insight about yoga and its importance in our daily life!

05:30 PM to 06:00 PM – Meditation, Mantra Chanting and Pranayama
Meditation (On Mondays and Thursdays):
Generally practiced meditations at the Yoga center are Om meditation and Ajapajapa. It is largely a spiritual practice that leads to a deeper level of relaxation. It helps to reduce anxiety and build self-confidence.
Mantra Chanting (On Tuesdays and Saturdays):
Mantra is simply termed for a powerful sound vibration. The regular chanting of mantra will take you on a spiritual journey to greater happiness and positivity. It brings positive energy and cleanses your aura.
Pranayama (On Wednesdays and Fridays):
Pranayama is generally defined as breath control. It is not just a breathing exercise aimed at extra oxygen into lungs, but also utilizes breathing to influence the flow of prana (breath) in the nadis (energy channels) of the energy body.
There will not be any session on Sundays from 05:30 PM to 06:00 PM.
