Absolute Sanctuary's modified detox program has been acrict designed for beginners or for those not comfortable with doing daily colonics. Available in this signature program are offerings of living foods and vegetarian detox. It provides one with an insight of what a full detox program entails without the intensity of daily colon hydrotherapy sessions and a full fasting program.

Benefits of detox

Pre-cleanse

To help ease the body into the process of detoxification, you could 'pre-cleanse' your body about one to two weeks before the program by drinking a minimum of three to four liters of filtered water daily, reducing the amount of processed foods you eat, simplifying the foods you eat, and begin eliminating meat, diary, bread, sugar, caffeine, and alcohol from your diet.

This is not absolutely necessary but is recommended. Try to avoid one last big night out before you come. Honor your body and your decision to improve your health and your life. Please consult your doctor before starting any fasting or detox program.
