Food Facility: At our training center in Rishikesh, you'll be treated to nutritious and delicious meals served in our dining hall, ensuring that you maintain optimal energy levels throughout the course. As part of the program, students are required to follow a sattvic or yogic dietary regimen.
About A Sattvic Diet: At Maa Yoga Ashram, we strive to educate our students about the benefits of a vegan, sattvic diet. This type of eating promotes spiritual, physical, and mental wellness, which helps you lead a peaceful life. Our kitchen is equipped to prepare nourishing meals made from fresh, locally sourced fruits, vegetables, and herbs. In addition, the herbal cleansing beverages at the ashram will also help you become more attuned to your body and feel rejuvenated.
