Get the opportunity of learning the traditional yoga from the trained yoga teachers in Rishikesh at Sharada Yoga Peeth. The 50 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Program includes the Hatha and Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga style. Once you completed this program, then you are applicable for the 200 hrs Yoga Teacher Training Course. This course will cover the basic knowledge about traditional yoga.

In the 50 Hour Yoga Teacher Training is especially for beginners in learning basic knowledge about yoga. At Sharada Yoga Peeth We give the certificate of yoga training to our students when he/she completes the 50 Hour Yoga TTC course. The entire 50 Hour Yoga Teacher Training is held under the trained and professional yoga master who has in-depth knowledge about yoga.

In our team of yoga teachers and guides, we also include Ayurvedic doctors who are ready to share their knowledge about traditional medical science and Ayurveda. The primary focus of 50 Hour Yoga Teacher Training is to give deep knowledge about the yoga aspects and discipline the students. So that they can apply for the next level program 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Program.

Food & Dining

Breakfast:

Students come for breakfast after the completion of Ashtanga and Hatha yoga practice. We offer student’s best breakfast diet, such as porridge, papaya or banana. It also includes more flavorful dishes and carbohydrates.

Lunch:

At the lunch time, students need more appetite, and then we offer the widest range of food on the table with rice and chapattis. We provide vegetable curries and many more flavored dishes. The school does not disappoint the student’s requirements with respect to diet.


Dinner:

We offer the best diet plan for at dinnertime. We plan the food menu carefully and The Yogic food workshop provides the best home taste and delicious food for the students.
