We Distributed our 300 hours Yoga teacher training course curriculum in such a way that we can give 7 to 8 hours for each class of Asanas, self- practice, Philosophy, Anatomy, Chanting and pranayama. We guide our students to practice the related Asanas daily with the authentic and traditional yoga techniques.
Yog Amritam divides the timings of the courses into yoga anatomy, yoga philosophy, methodology and training sessions of Yoga. Yog Amritam Rishikesh allots 150 hours for the methodology of yoga, 50 hours of yoga anatomy, physiology comprises of 50 hours and rest 45 and 50 hours are kept for the Philosophy, Practicum, and Ethical conducts.
